Press pause on life and join us on a life-affirming week of yoga, fitness, nutrition, relaxation and outdoor adventure in one of the world's most magical places - Bali, Indonesia. Stay at a breathtaking oceanfront resort with multiple pools, unobstructed views of the ocean and its sunsets, eating gourmet dishes prepared by Balinese chefs and taking in all that Bali has to offer. Participate in as many or as few activites as you'd like - all designed to help you disconnect from the stresses of day-to-day life and reconnect to your body and your soul.

Our retreats aim to inspire personal growth and supportive community while focusing on movement practices that connect and challenge the body and mind. We encourage connection and community, but invite you to "do you" and make this your ideal vacation.

Chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, enjoy a surfing lesson, explore thrilling white water rapids, hike to the top of a volcano to see the sunrise, kick back and take naps (or all of the above!). We’ll have a Vinyasa yoga class every morning, fitness classes outdoors and in Komune Hotel's state-of-the-art gym, as well as meditation and workshops on nutrition and how to maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Several optional group excursions will be offered while leaving ample time for you to make new friends, unplug and reconnect.

Unlike traditional yoga & meditation retreats, this hybrid adventure is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down, tone up and take in the unique culture that Bali has to offer. The trip is designed to refresh and inspire you, and make you feel truly part of something.

We welcome all levels of experience and make our classes acessible yet challenging, inspiring and fun for everyone. You don't need to be a yogi or a fitness buff - you just need to be a human being interested in exploring, playing, growing and getting your movement on! Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required.


Meet Your Retreat Team


Nathania Stambouli (Retreat Leader & Yoga Instructor) -  Coming from a background in fitness and circuit training, Nathania stumbled into yoga by accident in 2009 and what started as a purely physical adventure became a journey towards healing old wounds and experiencing a profound personal transformation. Through a dedicated yoga practice and a Master’s degree in Psychology, Nat unearthed a passion for helping others transform their lives, free themselves from negative behavior patterns and dare to be unapologetically real. She believes that yoga - and a healthy mind-body connection - is a gateway to self-love and understanding. Her classes are athletic and fluid, creatively sequenced and sprinkled with playful arm balances and transitions. Expect to be inspired and to learn to laugh at yourself. Expect to discover how your time on the mat is a mirror for your life and an invaluable tool to help you become your own best supporter. Nathania owns and operates SoulPlay Yoga, a yoga studio in Culver City, California and has run multiple international retreats with the Chill'Asana Team.


Gary Leake (Retreat Leader, Fitness & Nutrition Nerd) - Jack of many trades, Gary began his career as a national champion bodybuilder in the 90s while simultaneously languishing away as a computer programmer and technology manager. To spice things up, he performed and ultimately went on to teach improv comedy in the 00's. He then applied his knowledge and love of training and became a founding partner of the international fitness and nutrition company Metabolic Effect, leading multiple weekend seminars both nationally and internationally as well as online seminars and trainings in fitness, fat loss, nutrition and mindset. During these 20-odd years, Gary discovered that these two worlds are not as unrelated as they may seem on the surface. The ability to stretch (both your mind and muscle), see perceived failures and mistakes as opportunities for success, the ability to laugh at yourself and to always be learning are just a few of the key skills that Gary imparts on his students and peers. Not only will you learn how to workout in the most effective manner for every situation you may find yourself in in life, but you will also learn how to progress and regress workouts to your needs, and learn about the power of the mind-muscle connections running through your body.

Please note the deposit is nonrefundable. Beyond that, refunds will only be issued for cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the retreat. No refunds are issued after 45 days out.

Transportation from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) to Hotel Komune will be provided on

September 20th and is included in the retreat package. Plan to depart on September 27th.

VISA INFORMATION: US citizens and citizens of 139 other countries do not need a visa to enter Bali or to stay less than 30 days. Citizens who are not part of countries included in the visa exemption program can get a VOA (Visa on Arrival), purchased at the airport at the time of  passport control at the immigration desk.
